This piece and its' description is from March of 2023.
 
Yesterday, in therapy, I realized that home was where I felt safe. Finding a home in this place, this new life, took some time, but I think I finally feel safe when I’m alone with me.
 
This piece is the product of one of the few moments in from earlier this year that I was brave enough to confront my feelings. Documentation of a time that I will never be able to get back to and I never wish to return to.
