This Egg was hand built with clay from my backyard in Vermont. I named this egg the Eggshell Egg because of it's unique clazing style. Over time you may notice that the eggs shell may shed in certain areas because of the flakey nature of the glaze. This only occurs in small areas and can be prevented if coated in clear coat nail polish. Long story short this egg is a gentle egg and should be treated with kindess. I hope to continue with this glaze and see where it evolves moving forward because the last one I did was the "Rotten Egg" and that's a very different one from this one so I can't wait to see what I can do with it next. This egg stands at 3 inches tall and loves to soak in the sun by a window!
